EXCHANGE POLICY:
If a customer is delivered the wrong item, they may exchange it for the correct one. In this circumstance, please email us within 10 DAYS of having received the package. All we ask is that you send the product back in its original state.
IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT:
Because we buy our merchandise from outside sources therefore our merchandise is sometimes used (but we only buy like new condition). We understand that you may be purchasing a dvd set as a gift so we have strict standards. Nevertheless we always examine our merchandise for damages and defects when receiving new shipments.
Please note that it is also your responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. If an item gets past our quality check and has a defect simply return the item in order to receive an exchange for an exact replacement of that item, or if you prefer you may request a refund.
When making returns please remember to include a note along with the returned merchandise stating the reason for the return.
